Automate your legal practice management time keeping!
Announcing Passive Time Tracking for Litify Users
Today, we're thrilled to announce our integration with Litify, the #1 legal operating platform and practice management software designed to help law firms of all sizes remotely run and grow their practice with plenty of modern tools and functionalities.
The new integration feature allows a solo user, team admin or a team co-admin to sync Clients and Matters from Litify to Chrometa. Each allocated time entry that was captured by Chrometa, can then be exported to Litify' timesheets.
What’s new?
Each Client and Matter created in Litify is now automatically available in Chrometa. If you are a team admin - or have team admin privileges in Chrometa - and connect Chrometa to your Litify firm account, the clients and matters list is available to all team members.
Time entries can then be allocated to clients and matters. You can create rules to automate the time allocation process based on client/matter keywords, email addresses or phone numbers.
After reviewing the time in the 'Sync Preview' screen, your time entries or team time entries are then exported to Litify.
What do I need to do?
The integration is turned off by default, you can connect both apps in the Integrations page> Litify > Connect Chrometa to Litify
Who is this available for?
Chrometa's integration with Litify is available for our customers using Chrometa V21. It will be available in all Chrometa plans with no additional cost.
When will I have access to the feature?
The integration will be visible on all the applicable accounts latest by 6/10.
