You can setup shared Clients, Projects, and Rules with our Teams feature.  This will allow you, as Team Leader, to aggregate and view the total amount of time your team has worked on a given project - which can be viewed by project, and by employee.

Viewing Your Team's Project Time

Now that your Team Clients and Projects are shared with your Team Members, they can assign their time entries to these shared Projects - which will roll up in your new Team Dashboard (located under Time - Team).
